During verification, you will be asked for your full name, address, date of birth, and a picture of your ID. This info helps us verify your identity to keep all of our users safe.

ShredPay requires a $250 minimum first-time deposit to help us reduce fraud, maintain compliance standards, and ensure the quality and security our customers expect.
For ACH deposits, the name and address on your bank account must match the name and address associated with your ShredPay account. The ACH deposit method is not available for trust accounts. If your name and address match, but your ACH deposit is still failing, please contact support@shredpay.xyz.
